Needs To Know

A 1 hour in-person or virtual meeting with Courtney is required. The introductory meeting is required to ensure you understand the basics of community building, personal accountability, and collaborative/collective economics.
No smoking indoors is allowed -- This includes any and all vape products.
Members must be at least 21 years of age.
Earphones must be worn and kept at a level that does not disturb others.
Clean up after yourself in all areas of the space (inside and outside).
Use your inside voice when on your phone and keep the conversation to a max of 3 mins (or take your call outside or schedule a private pod).
We are not responsible for any personal items you leave -- Unless you have a yearly membership, take all items with you at the end of your visit.
If you need to schedule a private desk pod, it must be done via the website.

Payments must be made online via website or app.
A 48 hour grace period will be provided before a membership is canceled due to non-payment on weekly, quarterly or yearly memberships only.
No full refunds will be provided. Prorated refunds will only be provided for monthly, quarterly and yearly subscriptions.

In the event you do not adhere to what is outlined in Etiquette Requirements, you will only be asked once to be personally accountable and rectify the matter. If you need to be asked a 2nd time, your membership will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be provided.
As a member (of any level), you do not have any tenant, etc. rights. You are only a member of The SOULcial Club who has temporary access to the physical space to use for work, rest, play.
